We do not master English very well, however here is some information  about our different kinds of honey.

WILD HONEY :

(Maquis des Maures) Honey with a pronounced flavour harvested on white heather in May in the Var department

MOUNTAIN :

Spring honey harvested in June around the towns of
Lambruisse, St André, Castellane : alpine herbs, dandelion, thyme, raspberry, mother of thyme , furze ….


 

LAVENDER :

Honey harvested in early August on the Valensole plateau, only from lavender flowers.

Honey harvested in late summer around the town of Lambruisse : wild lavender, winter savoury
